🥞 Good Old-Fashioned Pancakes

Image
🥞 Good Old-Fashioned Pancakes This recipe has been around in my kitchen for years. I used to make these pancakes when my kids were little—busy mornings, weekend breakfasts, sometimes even breakfast-for-dinner kind of nights. It was simple, dependable, and always something everyone would eat without complaint. And honestly… not much has changed. Now I’m in a different season—having a couple kids already have left the nest, while still having a couple at home—and somehow, this is still the recipe we come back to. It’s familiar. It’s comforting. It feels like home. Even at special occasions, someone will ask, “Are you making those pancakes?” And more than once, I’ve been asked to share the recipe. That’s when you know it’s a keeper. ⏱️ Quick Details Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Servings: 8 🛒 Ingredients 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder 1 tablespoon white sugar ¼ teaspoon salt (or to ta...
